Bang Bang Cauliflower 🥬🌶️ This is the best recipe I’ve made this week & I literally couldn’t stop eating it because it was that good! You’ll want to save this one 🤤 Welcome to Episode 20 of ✨ ✨ where I take you on a journey of cooking basic essential recipes with me ❤️ Here’s how you make this crispy, flavourful and wholesome dish at home ☺️ Ingredients: Cauliflower- 1 Small Head Flour/ Maida - 1/4th Cup Cornstarch - 1/4th cup Salt & Pepper - to taste Chilli Powder - 1/4th Tsp Garlic - 3 Cloves Milk - 5 Tbsps Vinegar - 1 Tsp Bang Bang Sauce : Sriracha - 2 Tbsps Vinegar - 2 Tsps Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp Sugar - 1/2 Tsp Salt - 1/2 Tsp Mayonnaise - 6 Tbsps Green Onion & Sesame Seeds - Garnish Process : * Start by cutting the cauliflower into equal sized florets * Boil them in salted water for 3-4 minutes/ until half cooked * Meanwhile, to prepare the batter, add flour, cornflour, red chilli pwd, grated garlic along with salt & pepper to taste to a bowl * Form a lump-free batter with some milk & keep aside to hydrate for 15 mins * Add boiled cauliflower to the batter & coat it well * Transfer the florets to a sheet of parchment paper & air fry it in a preheated 200c airfryer for 18-20 mins - flip midway * For the sauce : combine mayonnaise, sriracha, vinegar, chilli flakes, salt & pepper to taste along with some sugar - mix to form a homogeneous sauce * Once the cauliflower is airfried & crispy, transfer them to a bowl, add in the sauce & toss them well * Serve hot, garnish with green onion & sesame seeds & Enjoy 🥬🌶️

Instructions

Step 1
* Start by cutting the cauliflower into equal sized florets
Step 2
* Boil them in salted water for 3-4 minutes/ until half cooked

* Meanwhile, to prepare the batter, add flour, cornflour, red chilli pwd, grated garlic along with salt & pepper to taste to a bowl
