Instructions

Step 1
Make soft-boiled eggs by cooking eggs in the boiling water for 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Transfer them to an ice bath to cool down. Peel the eggs and set them aside.⁣
Step 2
In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Then, add minced garlic, gochujang, chili crisp, maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Cook everything until the sauce thickens slightly.⁣
Step 3
Add peeled, cooked eggs to the pan with the sauce. Using a spoon, glaze the eggs with the sauce.⁣
Step 4
Serve them over rice, and sprinkle some toasted seaweed.
