Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients
6 servings

2 tablespoonssesame oil

3 cupsbroccoli

1 cupcarrots

1 cupscallions

1 cupred bell pepper

⅓ cupteriyaki sauce

¼ cupwater

2 tablespoonscorn starch

2garlic cloves

3 cupsbrown rice

toasted sesame seeds
for garnish

3 cupchicken breast
cooked and diced

1 teaspoongarlic powder

⅛ teaspoonsalt

⅛ teaspoonpepper

1 teaspoonseasoning
salt free

1 teapoononion powder

1 teaspoonparsley

6 cupswater
Instructions
Step 1
1. First, double check all ingredients to ensure you have everything you may need for this recipe.
Step 2
2. Next you want to wash and cut up all vegetables, carrots, bell pepper, garlic and broccoli. Once cleaned and dried set aside until it's time to prepare.

3. Measure out 3 Cups of rice and put it into a pot with 6 cups of water and a small sprinkle of salt. Let the rice cook for 20 mins covered and untouched on med-high heat.

4. Start by cutting up the chicken breast into small bite size cubes. Place the chicken to the side and prepare a skillet with olive oil for the chicken. Once heated add the chicken to the pan and Sautee for 10 minutes.

5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

6. Once the chicken and rice are par cooked it's time to heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots and scallions. Cook the vegetables stirring until softened for 3-5 mins. Then combine teriyaki sauce, water, cornstarch, and garlic, rice and chicken.

7. After all ingredients are combined together transfer to a baking dish/pan and bake in the oven for 15 mins until vegetables, rice and chicken are tender and cooked all the way through.

8. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
