cavolo nero calamarata pasta | high protein + healthy af 🌱 BLEND: 200g cavolo nero, blanched handful fresh parsley pinch salt 150-200 ml extra virgin olive oil 1 x 300g pack silken tofu 1 cup pasta water if needed Fry garlic in a pan on medium heat for 1 minute, then add cooked pasta with some pasta water and mix in the sauce. Season to taste, then optionally serve with my cashew parmesan, burrata (I used vegan , and top with oil, chilli flakes, salt and pepper)
