Healthy Apple Crumble 🍎
This easy recipe is the perfect breakfast, snack or even healthy dessert. A healthy recipe thats is full of fibre and protein to keep you satisfied while tasting absolutely delicious ✨ And it is so simple to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 small apple
- Cinnamon
- Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (I use
)
- 1 tps maple syrup or honey
- 1 heaped tsp runny nut butter (l used peanut butter)
Dice the apple into cubes and toss in cinnamon and drizzle with lemon juice
Mix the oats with the protein powder, maple and nut butter.
Add the cinnamon apple mix to an oven safe dish, top with the crumble and bake for 25-30 minutes at 160 C.
Eat it with a big dollop of thick yogurt 🧡
