Instructions
Step 1
Heat up some olive oil and brown your chicken (any meat, really) in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and let drain once done.


Step 2
In a soup pot add in olive oil, jalapeño, bell pepper, and onion. I used thick slices of each but do whatever. Add garlic in once everything is softened.




Step 3
In the soup pot add in tomato juice and chopped tomatoes. I used a can of tomatoes and chilis, which helped. Let this simmer slowly for about 5-7 min. Add in any chili spices you want.

Turn heat down if bubbling too hard & add in your beans. Let cook until nearly done. Add in beer and chicken once beans are done and let cook for another 5-7 min.
