Instructions

Step 1
Add to hot oiled wok and add salt. Stir fry to soften. Remove from pan
Step 2
Add meat to hot oiled wok. Stir fry until brown.
Step 3
Add 1 tsp soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and pepper to browned meat. Mix well. Add stir-fried green beans
Step 4
Add 3 tsp more soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to mixture. Toss well on high heat. Serve over rice
