Instructions

Step 1
Season ground beef with steak sauce if desired
Step 2
Brown ground beef in stock pot, drain
Step 3
Add in onions, carrot, celery, and garlic and sauté for 10 minutes
Step 4
Add all remaining ingredients (except pasta) and stir well
Step 5
Cover and simmer for one hour
Step 6
After about 45 minutes of simmering, cook pasta in separate sauce pan according to directions
Step 7
Save a cup of drained pasta water (optional) to add in to the soup
Step 8
Add cooked pasta to soup pot and simmer for 5-10 minutes
Step 9
Serve with sourdough bread
