Chopped grinder salad comes together quick and is a crowd pleaser. Eat it alone, on a roll, or over pasta for a yummy pasta salad.

Instructions

Step 1
Finely chop all ingredients, up to pepperoncini, together or separately. The goal is to have tiny bits of everything, the same size.
Step 2
Make the dressing by mixing everything between the red wine vinegar and the salt & pepper. Pour over salad.
Step 3
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Then combine pasta with the salad for a pasta salad, or put on a roll for a grinder sandwhich.
