Oxtail Potjie in beer broth

11 steps
Prep:1hCook:3h
Slow cooked oxtail potjie, with beer and sweet vegetables. It's a great recipe to prepare and cook with friends. Potjie can be replaced with normal cooking pot or dutch oven. Optional: replace beer by white wine. Or add a few dried apricot for extra sweetness. Refrain from adding too many other spices that may overpower the taste of the listed ingredients.
