The 3 minute microwave breakfast that ticks all the boxes βοΈπ€πΌ
After loving the βlazy girl pancakeβ (recipe on my feed), my new hobby is creating quick but tasty microwave breakfasts ππ€£
You will need ππΌ
π« 125g frozen berries
π 1.5 tsp of lemon juice
π₯£ 30g of oats
π₯ 25g vanilla protein powder (substitute below)
π 1/2 tsp cinnamon
π― 1/2 Tbsp syrup/ honey/ agave
π₯ 15g peanut butter (substitute below)
π₯ 1/2 Tbsp of almond milk: IF mix is too dry (add slowly!)
HOW TOππΌ
Assemble as demonstrated in the video π«ΆπΌ!
SUBSTITUTES ππΌ
- Protein powder: sub for oat flour + add 1 Tbsp of syrup instead of 1/2 a Tbsp
- Peanut butter: sub for melted butter or coconut oil
- NO MICROWAVE? Use an air fryer: 15 mins @ 150 or fan oven: 15 mins @ 170*C

Put the berries in the microwave with lemon juice for a minute

Combine the rest in a separate bowl and then pour on top of the berries
