The 3 minute microwave breakfast that ticks all the boxes βœ”οΈπŸ€ŒπŸΌ After loving the β€œlazy girl pancake” (recipe on my feed), my new hobby is creating quick but tasty microwave breakfasts πŸ™ƒπŸ€£ You will need πŸ‘‡πŸΌ 🫐 125g frozen berries πŸ‹ 1.5 tsp of lemon juice πŸ₯£ 30g of oats πŸ₯„ 25g vanilla protein powder (substitute below) πŸ™ƒ 1/2 tsp cinnamon 🍯 1/2 Tbsp syrup/ honey/ agave πŸ₯œ 15g peanut butter (substitute below) πŸ₯› 1/2 Tbsp of almond milk: IF mix is too dry (add slowly!) HOW TOπŸ‘‡πŸΌ Assemble as demonstrated in the video 🫢🏼! SUBSTITUTES πŸ‘‡πŸΌ - Protein powder: sub for oat flour + add 1 Tbsp of syrup instead of 1/2 a Tbsp - Peanut butter: sub for melted butter or coconut oil - NO MICROWAVE? Use an air fryer: 15 mins @ 150 or fan oven: 15 mins @ 170*C πŸ˜πŸ«‚πŸ’™See you next week for another recipe!
