Instructions
Step 1
Whisk all ingredients together. Let stand at room temperature for about an hour until lumps are absorbed.
Step 2
Lightly grease large pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Pour about 1/4 cup batter into pan and spread immediately until very thin.
Step 4
When edges begin to curl and turn brown, flip crepe over and cook on other side. Remove crepe when bottom has browned areas.
Step 5
Fill with fruit or sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix. Roll like crepe. Top with powdered sugar or whipped cream if using fruit filling.
