Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the lettuce, olives, red onion, tomato, cucumber, and feta.

To make the dressing

In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, mustard, sea salt, and pepper.

To assemble

Just before serving, toss the salad with the dressing.

Add 4 chopped hardboiled eggs to make this a hearty protein-filled meal. Or eat with slices of deli turkey
