Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in Dutch oven on medium high heat
Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes
Add bell pepper and sauté for 5 minutes
Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute
Add okra and cook for 5 minutes
Stir in canned tomatoes and cayenne
Cover and cook for 10 minutes
Add salt and pepper to taste
