Instructions
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, season your shrimp with sea salt crushed red pepper & black pepper mix it well so they are coated well.
Step 2
2. Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the linguine to the boiling water & reduce the heat slightly to maintain a simmer. Cook until pasta is tender, 5-7 minutes. Drain in a colander and transfer pasta to a bowl.
Step 3
3. On a medium sized skillet heat add 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil & 2 1/2 tbsp of salted butter on medium heat. After butter melts add the chopped garlic cloves & red pepper flakes & stir it occasionally for 30 seconds.
Step 4
4. Now add the 2 slices of red onions, separate them & chop them in the skillet then add your sliced cherry tomatoes & cook them until both are soften.
Step 5
5. After they're both soften put them aside next add the shrimp in the same skillet add pinch red pepper flakes & cook them until pink & lightly browned. Lower the heat to medium low heat then bring back the cooked onions & tomatoes into the skillet, now add your cooked pasta onto the skillet then add parsley & Parmesan cheese. Now serve
