Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat oven 180c fan and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix oats, raisins, almond, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, cinnamon, chia seeds and salt in a bowl.
Step 3
Put almond butter, dates & maple syrup in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Stir into the dry ingredients and mix well until everything becomes sticky.
Step 4
Pour mixture into the prepared baking tray and bake for 25 minutes until golden. Remove and leave to cool before cutting into even bars.
