Sausage and veggies alfredo

Instructions

Step 1
Cut up all veggies into bite sized pieces.
Step 2
In a large cast iron pan. Cook sausage, once done remove to plate and do not drain grease
Step 3
Add 2 tbls butter and once melted Add onions. Heat should be med high
Step 4
Cook onion until just starting to turn translucent and then add mince garlic
Step 5
Once the garlic is fragrant. Add remaining veggies. While veggies cook slice sausage
Step 6
Add all seasonings
Step 7
Cook until veggies begin to soften.
Step 8
Add back sausage and reduce heat to medium low.
Step 9
Add 2tbsp butter, better than bouillon, and 1/2 cup water and combine everything
