Instructions

Step 1
Mix turmeric, cumin, nutmeg, chilli powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Step 2
Chop the chicken and mix into the spices.
Step 3
In a pan, cook the onion in the butter until soft. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Start cooking your choice of rice.
Step 4
Add in the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add 3/4 cup of cream, 3 Tbsp tomato paste and 1/2 tsp garam masala powder. Stir to combine and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Ready to serve.
