Instructions

Step 1
Mash the banana and add the egg white, oats, coco powder, protein powder, and cinnamon. Mix all ingredients together. Place in a pan as though you were making a large flapjack. When cooked through crumble up. Serve with 150g greek yoghurt, 5g peanut butter , 50g banana , and berries
