Greek pasta salad with spinach and feta

Inspired by the "Farmer's Fridge" meals. No measurements included - you decide how much of each ingredient you want in there depending on taste

Instructions

Step 1
Cook rotini 8m for al dente, and cool it off to at least room temp
Step 2
Make the dressing with olive oil, vinegar, black pepper, lemon juice, Dijon, a tiny bit of syrup (optional)
Step 3
Toss in all other ingredients to taste, obviously go easy on the sweetener and Dijon but everything else go nuts
