Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender besides for chocolate chips and blend until well mixed.

Step 2
Pour mix on a medium heat frying pan spray with no stick spray, Pour 1/4th of the mix onto the pan then sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Cook until top starts to bubble then flip. Make sure to be moving sides every so often so doesn't stick too much. Serve when golden brown
