Broccoli Wild Rice Meal
To make things easier:
-use a rotisserie chicken
-cook frozen chicken in the instapot
-use frozen, microwavable broccoli
-wild rice packets

Instructions
Step 1
Cook chicken either cubed in a large skillet, or in a pressure cooker (shredded afterward).
Step 2
Cut bacon strips into smaller, 1-2 inch pieces. Cook in skillet, adding lid after a few minutes and flipping/mixing occasionally. Remove bacon (and/or chicken), leaving just a little bit of bacon grease.
Step 3
Add broccoli florets (frozen, fresh, or steamed from the microwave). If adding frozen or fresh broccoli, add in a little olive/avocado oil and a little water, add the lid and let steam until cooked.
Step 4
Cook wild rice according to package
Step 5
Once all the ingredients have been cooked, add all to the large skillet, topping with parmasean cheese
