Instructions
"Meat" filling
Step 1
1. Fry the onion until translucent. Add the minced meat and the herbs, salt and pepper and fry until browned.
Step 2
2. Add the worcestershire sauce and garlic and cook for an additional minute before adding the flour and tomato paste. Stir really well.
Step 3
3. Add the bouillon, peas, carrots and corn and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5+ minutes.
Mashed potato
Step 4
1. Cook the potatoes until tender. Drain and make sure most water is gone.
Step 5
2. Mash the potatoes and add the butter and spices.
Assemble
Step 6
1. Preheat oven to 200C.
Step 7
2. Pour the filling into oven dishes (two medium small or one large). Cover this with the mashed potato.
Step 8
3. Bak for 25-30 minutes
