½ cupyogurt

1 Tbspgram flour
1 cupmixed micro-greens
such as radish and cilantro micro-greens

1 Tbspginger-garlic paste

1 tspturmeric powder

1 tspred chili powder

1 tspgaram masala

1 tspchaat masala

1 Tbsplemon juice

2 Tbspolive oil

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt.
2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Allow the paneer to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides.
4. Add the mixed micro-greens to the pan and sauté for an additional 2 minutes, until the greens are wilted.
5. Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
