Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 Degress Celcius
Step 2
Mix flour, paprika, mixed herbs. Add the oxtail, and coat until the meat is well coated.
Step 3
Heat the oil in an oven proof pot and brown the oxtail. Add onion, garlic, carrot and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add stock, tomatoes, wine and bay leaves. Cover and place in the oven for 3 hours.
