Instructions

Step 1
Put deep gashes in the chicken drumsticks and rub with lemon juice and salt. Leave for 30 minutes and drain.
Step 2
For the marinade, mix ginger garlic & green chilli paste, yogurt, double cream, white pepper powder, garam masala powder, green cardamom powder, turmeric, eggs, and dried fenugreek leaves. Coat the drumsticks well and marinate for an hour.
Step 3
Give a smoke of live charcoal for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Grill the drumsticks for 50 minutes at 180°C.
Step 5
For basting, mix melted butter, chopped coriander, and lemon zest in a bowl. Brush on the grilled chicken before serving. Enjoy!
