1 PkMirepoix
diced carrots, onion, celery, I’m lazy and like to buy it prechopped
1Onions
depending on size
4celery stalks
1 bagbaby carrots
or sliced carrots
1 Bagbaby potatoes
1 canGuinness beer
1 TbspMinced Garlic
2 packetsbeef stew seasoning
1 containerbeef bone broth
large, you can use regular beef broth
1can of tomato paste
0.5 bagfrozen peas
1 containermushrooms

Instructions
Step 1
Warm up the crockpot
Step 2
Coat your meat with flour seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder (measure with your heart)
Step 3
Chop your veggies and add to crockpot
Step 4
brown your coated meat in oil of your choice (olive, avocado etc.) and add to crockpot when browned on all sides
Step 5
throw your Mirepoix (diced carrots, onion, celery) in the same pan and cook until tender
Step 6
deglaze pan with Guinness until it reduces slightly (about 3-5mins) then add it to the crockpot
Step 7
add your broth until it covers everything and mix in your seasoning packets
Step 8
Cook on high for 3 hours stirring every so often
Step 9
switch to low for 3 hours and you can keep it on low until ready to eat.
