Instructions

Step 1
Add oil to a pan and heat. Scramble the eggs, yogurt, and any seasonings other than salt in a bowl. Once pan is ready, cook eggs to desired doneness, adding salt at very end. Can add vegetables or tomatoes, avocado, etc as desired.
