⅔ teaspoonsbaking soda

⅔ teaspoonssalt

40gvanillin sugar
or mix vanilla extract and vanilla aroma

1 ⅓ teaspooncinnamon
mix of ceylon and the stronger

1 teaspoongingerbread spice mix

2eggs

140ggreek yoghurt
fullfat

60gchicory syrup

250gpumpkin puree
or baked pumpkin
Instructions
Step 1
Start preheating oven to 175C
Step 2
Put all dry ingredients into bowl and mix them
Step 3
Mix pumpkin into puree if you dont have premade one
Step 4
Mix all wet ingredients including puree in bigger bowl
Step 5
Put baking paper into baking pan
Step 6
mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, try to not to overmix
Step 7
Put the ingredients into baking pan and spread it evenly by spoon or spatula
Step 8
Put into preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, try doneness with toothpick
