Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Prep your ingredients by chopping the onion, radishes, jalapeno, avocado, and cilantro if needed. Make sure your barbacoa or birria is shredded.

Step 3
Lay out the two pieces of naan bread on a baking sheet. Spread a mixture of both the queso and the enchilada sauce on top of each piece of bread. Use however much you'd like!

Step 4
Place the shredded barbacoa or birria on top of the queso/enchilada mixture on each piece of naan. Place as much shredded cheese, chopped onions, jalapeno, and radishes as you'd like on top of that.

Step 5
Place the baking dish into the oven and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is just melted. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Once cooled, top with the chopped avocado and cilantro. Slice each naan bread into 4 pieces and serve!
