Step 1
Slice the radish thinly and prepare the tofu, shrimp, squid, and beef by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a pot, add 8 cups of kelp-soaked water and 1/2 tablespoon of salt. Add all the ingredients except for the tofu.
Step 3
Start cooking the ingredients in cold water to extract the seafood flavors. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine to reduce any fishy smell.
Step 4
Once the soup starts boiling, skim off the foam, then add the tofu and 2 tablespoons of tuna fish sauce.
Step 5
Taste the broth and adjust the seasoning with more salt if needed. Clear and refreshing seafood soup is done!
