Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a square pan with baking paper.
Step 2
To a food processor, add quinoa, cocoa powder, protein powder, honey, peanut butter, banana, milk, baking powder and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Blend on high until the batter is smooth.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the baking tray and bake for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out with a little crumb on it.
Step 5
Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into 12 serves.
Step 6
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 days and freeze the remaining.
Step 7
1 serve= 1 slice of brownie. We will be having these over two weeks.
