Instructions

Step 1
Blend chipotle peppers, garlic, oil, water, spices, and lime juice until smooth.
Step 2
Coat chicken in marinade.
Step 3
Marinate at least 30 minutes (preferably several hours).
Step 4
Heat grill or pan over high heat.
Step 5
Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until charred and cooked through (165°F internal).
Step 6
Let rest 5 minutes, then chop into small pieces.
