Instructions

Step 1
Season ground beef and roll into balls. In a skillet, squash down the balls into patties and start cooking.

Step 2
While these are cooking, it’s a good time to make the Mac sauce. This consists of just two ingredients, thousand island dressing and a few scoops of pico de gallo. Give these a good mix.
Step 3
When the beef patties are cooked, put them to one side.
Step 4
Butter the skillet and toast the burger buns. I toasted extra bottom buns as these are used in the middle of the burger. I toasted both sides of these!

Step 5
Once this is done, it’s time to assemble the burger. Here’s how I put mine together starting from the bottom: bottom burger bun, slice of cheese, beef patty, middle burger bun, slice of cheese, beef patty, lettuce, pickles, Mac sauce, top bun.
