METHOD
• Add dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Whisk in egg and milk until smooth.
Heat non-stick frypan over medium heat and add in pancake mixture.
Press sultanas and dried blueberries into pancakes, allow to cook until bubbles form then flip cook on other side.
Once cooked remove from heat and plate up.
Mix cream cheese, yoghurt and sweetener in a bowl until smooth, add to piping bag or zip lock bag with end cut to pipe onto pancakes.
Serve with fruit of choice and optional SF maple syrup.
