Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, sprinkle the pork with paprika, salt and pepper and rub the spices into the meat
Step 2
In the bottom of the slow cooker, combined the onion, garlic, sauerkraut, and Karalee seeds, top with pork and pour the stock over everything
Step 3
Cover and cook on low for eight hours, until the pork is tender
Step 4
And a small bowl stirsour cream together with the cornstarch until well combined add 1/2 cup of hot liquid from the slow cooker and mix with wireless stir the mixture into the slow cooker
Step 5
Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes more or until thickened, topped with bacon, if desired
Step 6
Serve topped with bacon
