Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown sausage.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft.

Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and baby spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts.
Step 5
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for a few minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
Step 6
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Add the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
