Instructions
Step 1
Begin by cooking your rice if you don't have any cooked white rice.

Step 2
Next, get 80g of kimchi and slice it up with your scissors until it's evenly diced into small pieces.

Step 3
Heat up your pan and drizzle oil. When it's heated up, drizzle a Tbsp of oil and add the diced kimchi.

Step 4
Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce and fry the kimchi for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

Step 5
In a bowl, get 300g of cooked white rice, and add your cooked kimchi and 1 Tbsp of sesame oil. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Step 6
Next, with some gloves on, grab a small handful of rice and mold it into almost cylinder, sushi shaped forms.
Step 7
Then lay all your bacon strips flat onto a surface. Place the molded rice to one end of the bacon strip and roll it gently until one end of the bacon meets the other end.

Step 8
You can make as many as you would like - mine came out to around 8 pieces.
Step 9
Next, clean up the pan you used earlier and heat up the pan again.
Step 10
Drizzle a Tbsp of oil and coat it around the pan. Place the bacon rice balls gently, making sure the ends of the bacon meeting together hit the pan first.

Step 11
Cook evenly on each side for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 12
Serve on a plate and squeeze a bit of mayonnaise on top of each one. Sprinkle parsley flakes if you have some.

Step 13
Enjoy!
