Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425F and prepare the sandwich thins by separating the halves and placing face down on an oiled and foil lined baking sheet.
Step 2
Toast for about five minutes, or until the tops of the thins become crispy.
Step 3
Blend the tomato with seasonings of choice (garlic, oregano, basil)
Step 4
When the sandwich thins are done toasting, flip them over (top-side up) and spread with tomato sauce. Add all toppings and return to the oven.
Step 5
Toast mini pizzas 10 minutes, or until the toppings are done.
