Instructions
Step 1
start by thinly slicing your chicken and onions and set aside. Then mix up your spice mix in a small bowl and add a dash of water to make a paste.
Step 2
Place your chicken and onions into a bowl along with your paste. Then stir well and add in your can of tomatoes and your stock.
Step 3
Next, if your air fryer has one then remove your crisper tray from the drawer before adding the ingredients so that it cooks in the actual basket. This will allow for more room for your ingredients and ensure your chicken cooks directly in the sauce you have made.
Step 4
Then set your air fryer to 180c and cook for 20 to 25 minutes stirring throughout. Making sure that your chicken is cooked thoroughly before serving. For the last 3 minutes of the cook, add in your spring greens/spinach and stir well.
Step 5
Finally serve your air fryer chicken curry with a sprinkle chopped coriander and sliced red chilli.
