Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix the banana, cinnamon and just egg until combined
Step 2
Next heat and oil a skillet or a griddle over medium heat and once heated turn the heat to a low
Step 3
Then Pour about 1 tbsp of the batter onto the skillet or griddle and cook for 1 minute flip and cook for another 1 minute
Step 4
Take off the griddle or skillet and serve with your favorite toppings and syrup enjoy
