Ingredients

1 Tbspolive oil
200gLean ground beef
200gGround Sausage
Hot
1 Tbsptoasted sesame oil
2garlic cloves
finely chopped
5 cmGinger
finely chopped
2red chillies
deseeded and chopped
1 Tbsplight brown sugar
1 Tbspfish sauce
1lime
zest and juice of 1/2
3spring onions
trimmed and chopped
2little gem lettuces
separated into leaves
salt
pepper
For the Dressing:
Instructions
Step 1
Heat large skillet with olive oil. Brown meat, season with salt and pepper. Fry until crisp. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat toasted sesame oil. Add garlic, chilli, ginger. Fry with a pinch of salt and sugar for 2 minutes. Add to the mice and stir.
Step 3
Add fish sauce and heat through. Stir in lime juice and zest, then add spring onion and stir. Turn off heat.
Step 4
Make the dressing.
Step 5
Serve on lettuce leaves with dressing.
