Instructions
Step 1
Press tofu. In a large bowl, combine panko, egg, garlic, Parmesan, water and bouillon. Crumble tofu into the mixture.
Add tomato paste and seasonings.
Mix or knead mixture until well combined.
Roll the mixture into balls. (18-20)
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Pan fry the balls until browned on all sides. Transfer balls to an air fryer heated to 400. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until centers are cooked through.
