Double Chocolate Chip Pancakes

-60g oat flour
-170g light cottage cheese
-90g egg whites
-1 egg
-15g sugar free maple syrup
-3g baking powder
-10g unsweetened cocoa powder
-10g mini chocolate chips
Directions:
-Add all ingredients to the blender (except chocolate chips), then blend until smooth
-Heat up a nonstick pan to low-medium heat, then pour the batter and add chocolate chips
-Cook pancakes for a couple of mins on each side
-Add desired toppings (optional) and enjoy 🫶
