Instructions

Step 1
Steam or boil tempeh for 10 minutes to reduce bitterness. Pat dry.
Step 2
In a nonstick pan or wok, heat oil over medium-high. Add tempeh and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Add all veggies and stir-fry for 5–6 minutes.
Step 4
Add tempeh back in with soy sauce, cook 2 more minutes. Serve over 1/2 cup cooked brown rice per serving.
