Instructions

Step 1
cut tofu into cubes, pat dry and fry on a pan
Step 2
cut the spring onions, put the really green part aside
Step 3
fry the white parts of the spring onion on a pan with some oil
Step 4
add the tomatoes and keep frying
Step 5
add sugar, salt and soy sauce, takes a lot to make it properly salty
Step 6
put the tofu in, fry together for a bit and then sprinkle with the green part of spring onion
