1 poundground turkey

¼ cupdark soya sauce

1 cupwhole grain rice
brown natural rice & wild rice mix, uncooked

½ cupcorn

½ cupblack beans

mozzerella
gradded

cheddar cheese

6bell peppers

½ tsppaprika smoked

½ tspcumin

½ tspchili powder

½ tsponion powder

½ tspgarlic powder

Instructions
Step 1
Cook 1 cup of the rice on whole grain settings (1h)
Step 2
Cook onions and garlic in oil until light yellow brown
Step 3
Heat oven to 350 degress
Step 4
Add in ground turky and cook on medium heta till completly cooked
Step 5
While the meat is cooking cut the top of the pepper off ans clean the inside
Step 6
Spray peppers with oil and put in a glass rectangle dish

Once the meat is cooked add in all spices, soya sauce and cooked rice, corn, beans
Step 8
Also add cheese to your liking (usually till its stringy and thick)
Step 9
Add filling inside each pepper
Step 10
Add cheese on top of each pepper
Step 11
Put in oven for 15 to 20 minutes (I prefer 15)
Step 12
Take out the oven add parmasian and enjoy!
