Ingredients
4 servings
4 x 170gsalmon fillets
30mlolive oil
5ggarlic powder
5gonion powder
2gsmoked paprika
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
30gunsalted butter
3garlic cloves
minced
240mlEvaporated Milk
80mlchicken broth
or vegetable broth
50ggrated parmesan cheese
1gchili flakes
optional
80gsun-dried tomatoes
chopped
1gdried basil
or Italian seasoning
15gfresh spinach
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Season the salmon fillets with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Sear salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 4
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Step 5
Pour in the cream, broth, and Parmesan. Stir in chili flakes if using. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 6
Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and spinach. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
Step 7
Return salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 1–2 minutes more.
Step 8
Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
