3-minute Red Hummus
Delicious red hummus, made in just 3 minutes! Fantastic as a dip with tortilla chips or toasted pita bread) or as condiment in sandwiches or wraps! Enjoy!

For the red hummus

400gchickpeas
cooked, drained and rinsed

6sun dried tomatoes

2cloves garlic

2 tspsesame seeds
toasted

1 tsplemon juice

1 tspsmoked paprika

1 pinchsalt

2 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
For garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Put all the red hummus ingredients, except the extra Virgin olive oil, in a food processor and set it to high. Process them until you don’t see large pieces (about 1 minute), then while still spinning slowly add the extra virgin olive oil a bit at a time until you have a smooth homogeneous paste. You may have to scrape the sides with a spatula mid way. If too dry add a little more oil.










Step 2
Pour it into a bowl, garnish with the pumpkin and sunflower seeds and serve. Enjoy!
