or coconut flour or oat flour

¼ cuphemp hearts

1 tspbaking soda

¼ tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients
Step 4
Mix until no dry bits remain
Step 5
Fold in the cup of fruit
Step 6
Oil a muffin tin and portion out the batter
Step 7
Bake for 15 minutes and check that the muffins are set. Return to the oven for a couple more minutes more if necessary.
Step 8
Allow to cool at least 5 minutes before removing from pan
